By scheduling an appointment, receiving treatment, or using our services at Reflectionz Clinic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Appointment Policies

Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone or through our authorized booking system
  • We recommend booking appointments at least 48 hours in advance
  • Walk-in patients will be accommodated based on availability
  • Appointment confirmations will be sent via SMS or email

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full consultation fee
  • Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Punctuality

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time or rescheduling
  • Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
  • Treatment packages must be paid in full before commencement
  • Refunds for unused treatments will be processed according to our refund policy
  • Outstanding balances may result in collection efforts and additional fees

4. Treatment Policies

Consent and Authorization

  • Informed consent is required for all treatments
  • Patients must disclose complete medical history and current medications
  • Treatment plans may be modified based on individual response and medical assessment
  • Photography consent may be requested for medical documentation

Treatment Results

  • Results are dependent on various factors including age, skin type, and lifestyle

5. Patient Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information
  • Follow pre and post-treatment instructions
  • Report any adverse reactions or concerns immediately
  • Maintain scheduled follow-up appointments
  • Respect clinic staff, other patients, and facility property
  • Adhere to clinic policies regarding mobile phone use and photography

6. Medical Information and Privacy

  • All medical information is confidential and protected under applicable privacy laws
  • Medical records belong to the clinic but patients have access rights
  • Information may be shared with other healthcare providers as necessary for treatment
  • Marketing communications require separate consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Reflectionz Clinic's liability is limited to the cost of the specific treatment or service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Professional Standards

  • All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals
  • We adhere to established medical and safety protocols
  • Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated
  • Staff undergo continuous training and certification

9. Facility Rules

  • Maintain appropriate decorum and respect for others
  • Photography and recording are prohibited without consent
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • Food and beverages are not permitted in treatment areas
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on clinic premises

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Mumbai jurisdiction.
